Agenda Set for Town of Apex Planning Commission Meeting

The Town of Apex has released the agenda for the August 11 Planning Commission meeting. Topics include two public hearings, including a possible motion regarding amendments to the 2025 Land Use Plan based on the Western Area Plan; presentations on two new subdivisions, including one proposing 247 single-family lots on over 140 acres south of S. Salem Street and west of Tingen Road; and a possible motion regarding amendments to the Unified Development Ordinance. The meeting is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. in the Apex Town Hall Board Room at the Town Campus on Hunter Street; it is free and open to the public.
