Apex Parks and Rec Advisory Committee Agenda Published

Tomorrow night’s Apex Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee meeting will be held at 7 p.m. at the Town campus; there is a public comment opportunity for citizens to share their ideas, comments and concerns. The agenda, now available online, includes the following two topics:

*  Discussion regarding changes to Recreation Subdivision Fee in Lieu Ordinance to clarify the process for determining the Fair Market Value for fee purposes and to allow the grandfathering of certain developments that were in process prior to the May 20th adoption of the most recent changes.

* Discussion regarding possible land acquisition for equestrian trail head at future nature park.
