Apex Town Council Meeting Tonight

The agenda for tonight’s Apex Town Council meeting is available online here. Items to be discussed include a possible change to the parks and recreation fee; an annexation; a possible motion regarding a Master Subdivision Plan for Colvin Estates, seeking subdivision plan approval for 21 single family lots on Smith Road adjacent the Symphony Run Subdivision; a possible motion regarding the Salem Village Phase 3 Master Subdivision Plan that includes 115 single family lots on 51.1 acres located South of South Salem Street and west of Tingen Road; and a rezoning from neighborhood business to planned commercial conditional zoning. The meeting is open to the public and includes an open forum session for individual or group feedback.
