Jordan Lake Arts & Music Festival announced the confirmed artist line-up and schedule for the First Annual Jordan Lake Arts & Music Festival running Saturday, October 4th to Sunday, October 5th, 2008 at the Jordan Lake Farm in Apex, NC. Gates open at 9:00am for both days of the event. Located just 20 minutes from Raleigh, 10 minutes from Durham, and 15 minutes from Chapel Hill the First Annual Jordan Lake Arts & Music Festival is soon to be the ultimate festival experience and premiere independent music event in North Carolina. It combines a top-caliber, eclectic music line-up with a variety of outdoor activities, and arts and educational events. Nestled in the scenic area surrounding Jordan Lake, the Jordan Lake Arts & Music Festival is a great place to take in swimming, hiking and biking amidst the scenic beauty of the circa 1800 farm property while also enjoying a full palette of music offered on five stages. The festival also features an interactive Kid Zone, fabulous food, guided trail hikes and dance classes along with the opportunity to just relax and go with the flow.
