Jimmy V Celebrity Golf Classic Returning to Triangle in ‘09

The Cary-based V Foundation for Cancer Research, one of the nation’s leading cancer research fundraising organizations, is pleased to announce the return of the Jimmy V Celebrity Golf Classic to the Triangle, August 12-16th, 2009. As part of the return, The V Foundation will also introduce several new events to coincide with the annual golf tournament and black tie gala, including a V Wine & Spirits Celebration, a concert, and a cancer symposium at the new Raleigh Convention Center. The move reflects The V Foundation’s desire and commitment to have a large presence with this signature event in The V Foundation’s home town.
